Chokor Duchen

We are fortunate students to be living in a time that gives us the resources and technology to enjoy the teachings of BuddhaDharma virtually any time, anywhere!

Rinpoche is presently teaching the Ninth Karmapa Wangchuk Dorje's commentary on Madhyamakavatara- Entrance to the Middle Way at Nitartha Institute. This commentary is called, "Feast for the Fortunate - Which Easily Pulls Along the Chariot of the Takpo Kagyu Siddhas, Commentary to the Entrance to the Middle Way." The lucky students gathered here are happily engaged in the study and contemplation of these and other core material in the Nitartha curriculum.

On this day, when we remember and celebrate the teachings of Lord Buddha on the Four Noble Truths of suffering, the origin of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the path that leads to cessation, I would like to offer an excerpt of teachings on these four realities as taught at Nitartha Institute in 2002. This excerpt is from the presentation of the Abhisamayalankara, or Ornament of Clear Realization, which are teachings on the Prajnaparamita sutras.
