The Nalanda West facility offers a variety of rental spaces to fit your needs . . .

The inviting lobby can serve as a greeting and registration area for your event.

A spacious 1400 sq. ft. meeting room comfortably seats up to 80 guests,with a raised 220 sq.ft. stage that is ideal for presentations or performances. This room accommodates coffee and tea service and meals, with buffet, service tables and an adjacent area available for food preparation.

Upstairs, a beautiful 2,100 square foot conference room with a raised stage seats up to 180. Large windows provide natural lighting and a skyline view. The conference room has been the site of many presentations by nationally known speakers. A number of professional-quality DVDs have been produced using equipment and personnel services contracted through Nalanda West.

A large foyer off of the upstairs conference room can be rented separately, providing a convenient space for a small meeting, break-out session or conference facilitation.

Separate from the rest of the rented space, this quiet room is the perfect setting for contemplation, small group retreats or receptions.  Our rooms are spacious and beautifully lit, providing a personal, friendly and peaceful atmosphere.
