The Four Foundations of Mindfulness: Familiarizing with the variety of experience
What is the practice of mindfulness? The practice of mindfulness is to allow our attention to rest closely with any given aspect of experience. Through this we come to understand the true nature of our experience of body, feelings, mind, and all phenomena. It is a simple practice of just being there attentively with these four. Tuesdays at 7 pm, May 15 - July 6.

Open Meditation
Public sitting and walking meditation practice. Sundays starting at 9 am to noon. 40 minute sitting sessions with 10 minutes of walking. Feel free to drop in or leave anytime. All are welcome!
